The Pie Safe Antique Bathroom Vanity is a replica of a Pennsylvania Dutch pie storage cabinet. A similar design with an increased storage area is our Iron Masters Chest Vanity.
These cabinets were used to keep newly baked pies safe from mischievous children and other critters that might make their way in to the country kitchen. Our cabinet has solid wood doors, many originals had pierced metal doors, and is beautifully set off by black hammered forged iron hinges, pulls and swing latch. The tapered legs are beaded on the outside corners.
Please note that the top for this vanity has a 4" backboard. The vanity may be finished in any color/stain combination. Shown is our Distressed Antique Cherry on Antique pinewood. Optional Finishes
